TSX scripts

tsx_test_connection

TSX attempts to connect with the telescope.
A telconnectflag file is created in the Orchestrate outbox that is copied 
by the script to the /usr/local/observatory/status directory. This file has
a "0" if there is no connection and a "1" if there is a connection.
